Form & Function specializes in high-rise facade painting using certified rope access teams trained to IRATA standards and supplemented with gondola and scaffold access where appropriate. We work on buildings up to 40+ storeys, completing major refresh works within tight tenanted schedules.
Our painters use only premium coatings from Nippon, Jotun, Dulux and AkzoNobel — colour-matched to BCA-approved palettes and supplied with manufacturer warranties of 5–10 years depending on system selected. Each project includes substrate repair, crack sealing and anti-carbonation protection where required.
We have completed facade restoration for landmark developments including condominiums, commercial towers, industrial parks and government properties. Every project is delivered with a documented method statement, daily safety briefings and progress photo records.
