Overview
Concrete spalling — the breakdown and detachment of concrete cover — is one of the most common defects in Singapore buildings over 15 years old. Caused by carbonation, chloride ingress and reinforcement corrosion, untreated spalling weakens structural elements and creates serious safety hazards.
Our concrete repair specialists are trained in BCA-compliant cement mortar patching using polymer-modified mortars from Sika, Mapei and BASF. Every repair restores both the structural and aesthetic integrity of damaged concrete, with full protective coating to prevent recurrence.
